Conscious Inner Work to Know Your Inspiration, Love, and Purpose through Six Sacred Intentions
Traditional wisdom of Ayurveda with Jyotish provide time-tested observations of physical, psychological, and spiritual patterns of our human nature as part of the greater Nature. We can use these as a holistic scaffold for our objective self-awareness and compassionate self-inquiry.
I have used Ayurveda and Jyotish since 2004 for mine and my family's whole-person well-being. I have used them as a mother for nourishing diverse natures of children within the wholeness of my family, particularly where high sensitivity is concerned. Daily connection with Nature's healing wisdom continues to be life-supportive.
The best healing support I can give you is to guide you back to your conscious awareness of your whole true nature and share sacred principles and natural ways of being that uphold your self-awareness and living in harmony with your body, mind, and heart.
We are all self-empowered, naturally, by our common ground of elements, energies, and intelligent capacities, in individual compositions according to our genetic patterns, shaped by our life-experience. What we do each day creates the quality of our life. Our whole health and inner harmony are impacted by the daily inputs we choose, how we affect our digestion, and how we use our energy. Food-as-medicine and behavioural practice are the foundations of our daily well-being or dis-ease. And each day accumulates into our life-time. We need to be self-determined to honour and care for our own life and nature.
You are the leader of your own life and responsible for how you choose to use it. You are also responsible for nourishing your child's life and nature of inspiration, love, and purpose as distinct from your own.
Ayurveda teaches us that what is healing for one nature may be harmful to another. The six intentions, sacred principles, and natural ways of being that I share are universal principles and include all patterns of nature. They are what I use to live my purpose in harmony with my nature and to speak for myself, so I know they work.
This mandala of six sacred intentions is grounded in our five sacred elements and provides a practical, holistic scaffold:
