Traditional wisdom of Ayurveda with Jyotish provides time-tested observations of physical, psychological, and spiritual patterns of our human nature as part of the greater Nature. We can use these as a holistic scaffold for our objective awareness and compassionate self-inquiry.
I have used Ayurveda and Jyotish since 2004 for mine and my family's holistic well-being. I have used them as a mother for nourishing diverse natures of children within the wholeness of my family, particularly where high sensitivity is concerned. Daily connection with Nature's healing wisdom continues to be life-supportive.
The best healing support I can give you is to guide you back to your awareness of your sacred nature and share sacred principles and natural ways of being that uphold your self-knowledge and life-rhythm. We are all self-empowered, naturally, with common elements, energies, and intelligent capacities in unique compositions. What we do each day creates the quality of our life. Our physical health and inner harmony are created by the daily inputs we choose, how we affect our digestion, and how we use our energy. Food-as-medicine and behavioural practice are the foundations of our daily well-being. You are the leader of your own life and responsible for how you use it. What you choose for your body, mind, and heart largely determine your inner harmony and whole health as a result. How you nourish your child physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, affects their body, mind, and heart.
Ayurveda teaches us that what is healing for one nature may be harmful to another. The six intentions, sacred principles, and natural ways of being that I share are based in universal principles and include all patterns of nature. They are what I use to live my purpose in harmony with my nature and to speak for myself, so I know they work.
The mandala of six intentions provides a practical framework:
Be Whole; Be Understanding; Be In-Power; Be On-Purpose; Be Present; Be Inclusive.
