Didileia (Didi) Worth
Mother teaching Self-Awareness for Inner Harmony
I am a Wise Earth Ayurveda Food, Breath, and Sound Practitioner and Consultant specialising in Embodied Jyotish and Dharma. More importantly, I am a mother who is responsible for bringing three new lives into our world.
Blue Sparrow Ayurveda is my offering of healing service to empower other parents and individuals in a balanced, harmonious life of natural purpose and well-being. At the heart of this is nourishing our sacred individual diversity within the wholeness of our family.

When my first child was nearly two years old, elusive digestive and behavioural challenges motivated my reconnection with Nature's healing wisdom and a path of learning with the Vedic healing system, namely Yoga, Ayurveda, Jyotish and Dharma. My family has experienced such transformational healing power and self-empowerment from this wisdom tradition that I want to support others with these healing tools.

I experience Ayurveda with Jyotish to be practical, compassionate frameworks that we can use as a scaffold for objective awareness and compassionate self-inquiry.

My heart is to help others understand their sacred nature and be self-empowered, naturally, to lead a life in harmony with their body, mind, and heart. And nourish each child's sacred nature in body, mind, and heart.

More about my family's experience ...

When our first child was very young, his challenging digestive and behavioural issues sparked our reconnection with Nature's healing through food-as-medicine. Food elimination diets were very helpful in highlighting preservatives and additives as problems but they also ruled out many natural foods. Then I discovered Ayurveda and was so inspired by its transformative healing, common sense, and self-empowerment that I studied Ayurvedic lifestyle counselling to use in my role as a mother caring for my own and my family's well-being. Kundalini Yoga for women and children offered inspiration too. As time went on, our three children's sensitivities, talents, and strong energies inspired my deeper search for mental, emotional, and sacred understanding and holistic healing. Jyotish and Dharma became my chosen areas of study. Since 2000, I have been on a healing journey as a mother, life-partner, and individual towards self-awareness and personal leadership. My quest has been to discover practical ways to support people to be joyful, purposeful, and self-empowered in their natural life of well-being. Motherhood and family are my devotion. My trust is in Life, Nature, spiritual truth and natural law. I recognise there is deep mystery and magic to life on Earth that is always before and beyond our human capacity and limited creative intelligence.

Yoga, Ayurveda, and Jyotish have been truthful and practical companions on my journey. I continue to use these frameworks for my personal focus and daily life-way. I am highly sensitive so this is daily work. My husband and our three children are supported in their respective life-paths. We are a more harmonious collective, enjoying a richness of strengths and gifts with our diverse natures within the wholeness of our family. We welcome new life-partners and children into this flourishing family tree of love and rich diversity of strengths and roles. Our strong, supportive family is a constant intentional creation of roots and wings.

Let me support you with this healing Earth-tradition to understand your wholeness and cultivate your joy and purpose. I care deeply about people, especially our young people, and how self-empowered we feel in our own life. My heartfelt intention as a Mother is to support other parents and individuals in whole well-being. We will shed light on the beauty and purpose of your nature, and of the diverse natures within the wholeness of your family. We will clarify your daily life-way using food, behaviour, and lifestyle with a simple focus on inputs, digestion, and use of energy. I want you to feel joy and purpose for who you are and how you add to life, and be self-empowered, naturally, in your simple daily ways of well-being.
