I am still feeling into this issue at present because I am worried about what I notice around me. I always wonder what I can do to help with over-arching issues that are driven by the power of how we individually feel about life.

Motherhood has given me the awareness of potential destruction when we force nature to thrive. If what we are forcing (personally or collectively) is against an individual's nature, this might cause them to consider drastic choices, feeling like there is no other way but out. I have lived alongside family members throughout my life who have considered such drastic choices, and life is too sacred and precious for us to be blind to some roots of the problem. This relates to my previous article and recognising that wholeness does not mean homogenous, and diversity does not mean division. Diversity within wholeness is Mother Nature's wise and beautiful way.

We have individual power to change things if we recognise a problem. As Life-force in human-Nature, we each have profound Spirit and obvious creative intelligence to craft our own life-experience. Our life is in our hands. It is up to us to use ourself to experience and craft our individual life. We ARE the embodied instrument born with spirit, love, and purpose.

A vital question to ask is:

"Are we encouraged and supported to feel whole and constantly connected to our heart's inspiration and mind's nourishment and be autonomous to grow and flourish; always feeling connected as one part of the whole?"

"What do I want to use my life-time for?" Seriously! This is a practical question that honours the sacred opportunity for us to be alive and have a sensory experience of the Earth for a while. It isn't much good asking this question at the end of our life when our life-time is spent. Every day of our life-time is a creative opportunity to craft our experience. Our young people need to be encouraged that their life-experience is what they can make of it.

We are each a Life, not just our mind. We are human-Nature with embodied spirit, love, and purpose to live, express, and share for well-being of self and others.

I feel it is important to remind of wholeness to counteract the illusions of division, separation, separateness, exclusiveness, and hierarchy. We share a common ground of earthly existence. No life is greater or less than another. By being alive we are included. We are individual expressions of Nature and we need to observe Nature's conditions and times for growth and flourishing. HumanNatureLife is not a one-size-fits-all, however, we all need to be reassured that we are always whole and part of the wholeness; that everything we need is always within us when it comes to life-inspiration, love, and inclusion. "Am I including or excluding myself from life around me?" is another question we can ask ourself. We can also consider, "How can I be true to myself and add to life, not detract from it?" We all have the capacity and our young people need to be reassured that they are self-empowered, naturally.

May parents not force our children to thrive; may we nourish new life according to its nature. May our words and actions be 'for the better' as someone said to me long ago.

My personal self-discipline at the moment is to inspire life around me not force life. When I am being unaware, I can fall back into fear and get swept up in other people's waves of hopelessness and downward gaze and abdicating self-responsibility. But it doesn't take me long to wake myself up again and be conscious of my daily choices to create an outcome. Direct experience and inspiration are powerful teachers. I will be cultivating my creative expression and emotional expression to authentically share how I feel and support my family in the same. I am hopeful this is a better ground and atmosphere for my family and myself to flourish.

Forcing implies that we are stepping outside our healthy bounds; pushing something onto another life; bullying in some way according to our agenda with disregard for another. Inspiration lifts us together and helps us soar beyond limits with strength and joy.
