the five great elements of: space, air, fire, water, earth.
Use your whole-body awareness including thought and feeling.
Keep your power of attention, and directly notice without opinion or judgement.
Observe qualities, energies, expressions, features.
Be present in your body and breathe deeply.
Use your intellect, care, courage, awareness, and commitment to live your life from inner inspiration and love.
I am whole, and part of the wholeness. A life, like every other. No greater or less than. Much more than my mind.
