Keep Distance from the River in Your Mind

Observe your thought and feeling, be unattached, let it flow.
It is a transformative healing practice to be identified with Life, as a Life, and remember that we are much more than our mind.
We can choose to not be attached to the river of thought and feeling that flows through our mind while we remain receptive to our personal experience of life.
In this way, we can respond rather than react. We can choose what subtlety to hold onto or let go of and protect our well-being from within. We can use our memory and imagination FOR our life not against our life.
Feeling a joyful sense-of-self is a cultivation, a daily-life-practice, a right use of our mind. Even if our experience of life has been challenging, we can always choose to value our own wholeness and the finely-calibrated instrument of our mind.
The Vedic healing system supports us in this cultivation through the technologies of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Jyotish. These traditions empower us in our whole-health maintenance and well-being.
Through our body, breath, awareness, and Nature we can maintain feeling value and purpose for our own nature in its wholeness and how we add to life.
I am whole, and part of the wholeness. A life, like every other. No greater or less than. Much more than my mind.
